Standard individual license
Unless a listing states otherwise, one purchase grants one named purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product in their own professional work.
Permitted use
You may download the files, make reasonable working copies, customize editable portions for your own practice, and use finished materials with your own clients, caregivers, supervisees, or staff members whom you directly support.
Not permitted
You may not share source files through organization-wide drives, email files to colleagues for independent use, resell or sublicense the product, upload it to public or membership websites, reproduce it as a competing product, or represent it as your original work.
Team and organization use
Use by multiple independent professionals, multiple locations, or an entire organization requires written permission or a team/organization license when available. Contact Behavior Foundry before distributing files beyond your individual scope.
Ownership
Behavior Foundry retains all intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a license grants permission to use the product; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Termination
The license terminates if these terms are violated. Upon termination, all shared and retained copies must be deleted, without limiting other available remedies.
