Digital purchases
Because digital files are delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, all digital-product sales are generally final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or the selling platform’s policies.
File problems
If a purchased file is corrupted, duplicated, materially different from its listing, or inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will work to provide a corrected or replacement file.
Before purchasing
Please review the full product description, included formats, software requirements, and license terms before purchasing. A change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of required software, or failure to read the listing does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Etsy purchases
Requests involving Etsy transactions must be submitted through Etsy and remain subject to Etsy’s applicable policies and processes.
